在長(zhǎng)沙市雨花區(qū)非遺傳承點(diǎn) ——菂茶院·東方茶果,老師羅慧是一位資深的茶果子制作技藝手藝人,致力于傳承和創(chuàng)新這一古老技藝。

洗豆、浸泡、剝皮、蒸煮,搗泥 ……在羅老師的指導(dǎo)下,我們將外皮捏制成荷葉形狀,這不僅需要手工技巧,還考驗(yàn)個(gè)人的審美和耐心。“每一個(gè)細(xì)節(jié)都需要精雕細(xì)琢,有制作師的個(gè)人風(fēng)格?!?/span>
