As of 12:00 on August 21, Hunan's ports have handled more than one million inbound and outbound trips this year, an increase soaring 193% year on year and surpassing the annual figure of 2023 by 40%, according to the Hunan General Station of Exit and Entry Frontier Inspection. Among the trips, nearly 300,000 inbound trips were made by foreign travelers, a record high since the opening of the Hunan ports.?

據(jù)湖南出入境邊防檢查總站數(shù)據(jù)顯示，截至8月21日中午，湖南口岸年度出入境人數(shù)突破百萬(wàn)人次，同比增長(zhǎng)193%，比2023年全年還多40%，其中入境外國(guó)人近30萬(wàn)人次，創(chuàng)湖南口岸開(kāi)放以來(lái)歷史同期最高紀(jì)錄。

Since the beginning of this year, foreign travelers from 125 countries entered or exited through Changsha and Zhangjiajie airports. South Korea, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, and Singapore were the top 5 sources of inbound travelers, accounting for 91% of the total number of inbound foreign travelers. Thanks to the visa facilitation measures, the number of inbound travelers from Malaysia, Thailand, and Singapore has boomed, with the total figure exceeding last year's figure by 10 times.
