The 2024 Hunan Province Rural Basketball Match (Village BA) final took place tonight at the central basketball court in Aiguo Village, Xiaoping Town, Chenxi County, Huaihua City. The Chenxi County team from Huaihua City defeated the defending champion, the Matian Town team from Yongxing County, Chenzhou City, with a score of 78-61, claiming the championship title. This concluded the eight-day Hunan Province Rural Basketball Match (Village BA), which ran from August 18 to August 25.

今晚，2024年湖南省和美鄉(xiāng)村籃球大賽（村BA）總決賽在懷化市辰溪縣孝坪鎮(zhèn)愛國村中心籃球場舉行。懷化市辰溪縣辰陽鎮(zhèn)隊以61比78的比分，戰(zhàn)勝衛(wèi)冕冠軍郴州市永興縣馬田鎮(zhèn)隊，成功奪冠。至此，從8月18日至25日歷時8天的湖南省和美鄉(xiāng)村籃球大賽（村BA）圓滿結(jié)束。

The event attracted tens of thousands of fans to watch the match live. At 3 p.m., three hours before the match, cheerleading teams began lining up to enter the venue, beating drums and waving flags, creating a tense pre-match atmosphere. After the ranking matches for 3rd to 8th place, the final kicked off at 8 p.m., with the Chenxi County team taking the lead early on and maintaining a significant advantage. The Matian Town team from Yongxing County put up a strong fight but eventually fell short, finishing as runners-up.

比賽吸引上萬名球迷現(xiàn)場觀賽。下午3時，距比賽還有3個小時，各拉拉隊就陸續(xù)排隊進(jìn)場，敲鑼鼓、揮大旗，將賽前緊張氛圍“拉滿”。3-8名排名賽結(jié)束后，晚上8時，總決賽哨響，懷化市辰溪縣辰陽鎮(zhèn)隊率先取得領(lǐng)先優(yōu)勢，一路保持大比分領(lǐng)先。郴州市永興縣馬田鎮(zhèn)隊頑強(qiáng)追趕，但最終不敵辰陽鎮(zhèn)隊，獲得亞軍。

In recent years, Chenxi County has hosted several major basketball events, including the China-Russia Basketball Challenge, the Hunan Provincial Finals of the He Long China Amateur Basketball Open, and the National (U21) Youth Basketball Championship in the Huaihua Division, earning it recognition as a "Basketball Town" among fans.

近年來，辰溪縣先后舉辦中俄籃球?qū)官?、賀龍中國業(yè)余籃球公開賽湖南省總決賽、全國（U21）青年籃球錦標(biāo)賽湖南懷化賽區(qū)等大型籃球賽事，其“籃球之鄉(xiāng)”的稱號被更多球迷知曉。

During this tournament, Chenxi County promoted cultural and tourism consumption through both online and offline channels by hosting a "Village BA" carnival, agricultural product markets, night food markets, intangible cultural heritage exhibitions, and live-stream promotions. The county received over 30,000 visitors daily, with the total online broadcast of the event exceeding 700 million views.

本屆比賽期間，辰溪縣通過“村BA”嘉年華、農(nóng)特產(chǎn)集市、小吃夜市、非遺文化展演、直播推介等形式，線上線下雙渠道推動文旅消費(fèi)、打造“村BA”IP。據(jù)統(tǒng)計，該縣日均接待游客超3萬人次，賽事線上傳播總量超7億人次。
