Shen Xiaoming, secretary of the CPC Hunan Provincial Committee, visited Hunan University and Hunan Normal University on August 26, 2024. He came to inspect the cultivation of cultural heritage talent at universities.Secretary Shen asked to thoroughly study and implement the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee and President Xi Jinping's important speeches and instructions made during his inspection tours in Hunan. He called for coordinating and advancing an integrated reform across educational, scientific, and talent institutions to promote the advantageous integration of resources between universities and museums. Efforts should be made to further advance the training of cultural heritage talent and the development of museums, thereby supporting the high-quality growth of cultural heritage and related industries in Hunan, he added.
