A tea party was held in Changsha on September 13 to greet the upcoming Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day. Wu Guiying, member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Hunan Provincial Committee and secretary of the CPC Changsha Municipal Committee, gathered with representatives from all walks of life, renewing friendship and discussing development together.

On behalf of the CPC Changsha Municipal Committee, the Standing Committee of the Changsha Municipal People's Congress, the Changsha Municipal People's Government, the CPPCC Changsha Municipal Committee and the Changsha Garrison Command, Secretary Wu Guiying extended festive greetings and best wishes to the democratic parties, federations of industry and commerce, personages without party affiliation, and people's organizations, to cadres, the masses and people from all walks of life who are working hard across various fronts, and to all old and new friends who care about and support Changsha's construction and development.
