2024 Huanglong Cave Autumn Harvest Festival Kicks off

On September 12, the 2024 Huanglong Cave Autumn Harvest Festival kicked off at the Ecological Square of Huanglong Cave Scenic Area, Zhangjiajie City. Accompanied by the sound of gongs and drums, lion dance performances were staged at the opening ceremony.The autumn harvest festival will last from mid-September to the National Day holiday.

During the period, a series of activities will be arranged, including farm work experiences, a farm work competition, a sports game in fields, study tours on rice cultivation, and an exhibition featuring farming culture. Special travel routes highlighting the autumn harvest festival will be launched to enable tourists to experience rural life and enjoy the joy of returning to nature. Boutique homestays here will offer discount packages, providing more comfortable accommodation and convenient catering services for tourists.
