工業(yè)和信息化部等十一部門聯(lián)合印發(fā)通知稱，我國將推動新型信息基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展。

新型信息基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施是以信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)為基礎(chǔ)，以新一代信息通信技術(shù)創(chuàng)新為驅(qū)動，為經(jīng)濟社會數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型提供基礎(chǔ)性數(shù)字公共服務(wù)的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施體系。新型信息基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施主要包括5G網(wǎng)絡(luò)、光纖寬帶網(wǎng)絡(luò)等網(wǎng)絡(luò)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施，數(shù)據(jù)中心、通用算力中心等算力基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施，人工智能基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、區(qū)塊鏈基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施等新技術(shù)設(shè)施，是經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展的信息“大動脈”。

隨著新一代信息通信技術(shù)演進發(fā)展，新型信息基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的功能和類型更加多樣，體系結(jié)構(gòu)更加復(fù)雜，與傳統(tǒng)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的融合趨勢更加凸顯，但不協(xié)同、不平衡等發(fā)展問題日益突出，亟需面向各類設(shè)施，統(tǒng)籌各方力量，加強協(xié)調(diào)聯(lián)動，推動均衡發(fā)展。工業(yè)和信息化部、中央網(wǎng)信辦等十一部門聯(lián)合印發(fā)通知，從全國統(tǒng)籌布局、跨區(qū)域協(xié)調(diào)、跨網(wǎng)絡(luò)協(xié)調(diào)、跨行業(yè)協(xié)調(diào)、發(fā)展與綠色協(xié)調(diào)、發(fā)展與安全協(xié)調(diào)、跨部門政策協(xié)調(diào)等方面明確具體舉措，推動新型信息基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展。

通知結(jié)合新型信息基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的技術(shù)發(fā)展趨勢和經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展需求，明確加強全國統(tǒng)籌規(guī)劃布局、加強跨區(qū)域均衡普惠發(fā)展、加強跨網(wǎng)絡(luò)協(xié)調(diào)聯(lián)動發(fā)展等七方面工作。其中提出，統(tǒng)籌規(guī)劃骨干網(wǎng)絡(luò)設(shè)施，優(yōu)化布局算力基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施，合理布局新技術(shù)設(shè)施。有條件地區(qū)要支持企業(yè)和機構(gòu)建設(shè)面向行業(yè)應(yīng)用的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化公共數(shù)據(jù)集，打造具有影響力的通用和行業(yè)人工智能算法模型平臺。
