一直以來，實(shí)蠅蟲害都是困擾我國千萬果農(nóng)的難題。十年前，還在湖南農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)讀研的莫博程開始了實(shí)蠅害蟲防控技術(shù)的研究，隨后又繼續(xù)攻讀植物病蟲害防治研究方向博士學(xué)位。

The infestation of fruit flies is a problem for millions of fruit farmers in China. Ten years ago, Mo Bocheng, who was pursuing a master's degree at Hunan Agricultural University, began researching pest control techniques for fruit flies. Later, he continued to pursue a doctoral degree in plant pest control research.

求學(xué)期間，他帶領(lǐng)團(tuán)隊(duì)經(jīng)過長期潛心研究，自主研發(fā)出了一款綠色環(huán)保的果蔬通用誘蠅球——“橘燈籠”。不僅實(shí)現(xiàn)了實(shí)蠅蟲害的有效防控，助力果農(nóng)實(shí)現(xiàn)增產(chǎn)增收，也讓他從實(shí)驗(yàn)室走上了科技助農(nóng)興農(nóng)的創(chuàng)業(yè)之路。2017年2月，莫博程帶領(lǐng)團(tuán)隊(duì)注冊成立湖南橘友生物科技有限公司，如今，“橘燈籠”覆蓋應(yīng)用到了全國16個(gè)省區(qū)市，至今已幫助農(nóng)民減少實(shí)蠅類蟲害經(jīng)濟(jì)損失超20億元。

During his studies, he led a team through long-term intensive research to independently develop an environmentally friendly fly-luring ball for fruit and vegetables, the "Orange Lantern". Not only has it achieved effective prevention and control of fruit flies and helped fruit farmers to increase yield and income, but it has also led him to embark on an entrepreneurial path using technology to promote agriculture. In February 2017, Mo led his team to establish the Hunan Juyou Biotechnology Co., Ltd. Now, the “Orange Lantern” has been applied in 16 provinces, regions and cities across the country, and has helped farmers reduce economic losses caused by fruit flies by more than 2 billion yuan.
