New Long March Series Race (Changsha Stop) to Kick off on Orange Isle

A press conference for the New Long March Series Race (Changsha Stop) was held in Changsha on September 19, to commemorate the 90th anniversary of the departure of the Central Red Army on the Long March. The press conference announced that the race will kick off on Orange Isle on November 1, and registration is now open.

The race consists of three categories: 12.5km, 7.1km, and 4km. The total number of runners is expected to reach 3,000. Runners in the 12.5km event will begin at the 100-meter-high Fountain Square in the Orange Isle Scenic Area. They will run along Juzizhou Road to the Wentian Platform, and then run back to the starting point at Fountain Square. Runners can scan the following QR code to sign up for the race.
