2017年，顧善植以第一名的成績(jī)保研至湖南長(zhǎng)沙一高校。2019年，他加入深圳鵬城實(shí)驗(yàn)室，成為國(guó)家實(shí)驗(yàn)室第一位成功使用上千塊顯卡進(jìn)行大模型訓(xùn)練的工程師。2021年，他回到長(zhǎng)沙創(chuàng)辦湖南匯視威智能科技有限公司，從此與這座城市共同成長(zhǎng)。

In 2017, Gu Shanzhi accepted his offer for postgraduate study at a university in Changsha, Hunan with the top score. In 2019, he joined the Pengcheng Laboratory in Shenzhen and became the first engineer to successfully use thousands of graphics cards for large-scale model training in this national-level lab. In 2021, he returned to Changsha and founded Hunan Huishiwei Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., marching forward with the city from then on.

顧善植坦言，正是因?yàn)橛虚L(zhǎng)沙作為堅(jiān)強(qiáng)后盾，為他們提供政策扶持、創(chuàng)業(yè)幫助以及路演和培訓(xùn)的機(jī)會(huì)，團(tuán)隊(duì)才有更多底氣奮力去闖去拼。如今，公司專注于做算法的開(kāi)發(fā)定制，為用戶提供行業(yè)解決方案，兩年來(lái)完成了上百個(gè)項(xiàng)目合同訂單、近20項(xiàng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)AI產(chǎn)品。顧善植及團(tuán)隊(duì)的“小目標(biāo)”正在一個(gè)個(gè)實(shí)現(xiàn)。

Gu Shanzhi candidly stated that the strong support from Changsha, including policy support, entrepreneurial assistance, and opportunities for roadshows and training, gave his team the confidence to strive and push boundaries. At present, the company focuses on developing customized algorithms and providing industry solutions to clients. Over the past two years, it has completed hundreds of project contracts and developed nearly 20 standard AI products. Gu Shanzhi and his team's "small goals" are being realized one by one.
