第四屆中國(guó)—非洲經(jīng)貿(mào)博覽會(huì)將于6月12-15日在湖南長(zhǎng)沙舉辦。在此背景下，湖南首次進(jìn)口非洲觀賞魚(yú)，800余尾來(lái)自坦桑尼亞的非洲慈鯛魚(yú)從埃塞俄比亞空運(yùn)至長(zhǎng)沙黃花機(jī)場(chǎng)。在海關(guān)“7×24小時(shí)預(yù)約通關(guān)”機(jī)制保障下完成通關(guān)，經(jīng)14天隔離檢疫后將進(jìn)入國(guó)內(nèi)水族市場(chǎng)。

The 4th China-Africa Economic and Trade Expo will be held in Changsha, Hunan from June 12 to 15. Against this backdrop, Hunan has imported African ornamental fish for the first time. More than 800 African cichlids from Tanzania were airlifted from Ethiopia to Changsha Huanghua International Airport. Under the guarantee of the customs' "7×24-hour appointment-based customs clearance" mechanism, they completed the customs clearance procedures. After a 14-day quarantine, they will enter the domestic aquarium market.

非洲慈鯛魚(yú)體色絢麗、繁殖習(xí)性獨(dú)特且易于飼養(yǎng)，在國(guó)內(nèi)水族市場(chǎng)很受歡迎。進(jìn)口商璽悅國(guó)際已與湖南、廣東等地多家水族館合作，還打算開(kāi)展線上銷售。

African cichlids are very popular in the domestic aquarium market due to their gorgeous body colors, unique breeding habits, and ease of feeding. The importer, Xiyue International, has already cooperated with many aquariums in Hunan and Guangdong, and also plans to carry out online sales.

璽悅國(guó)際2023 年首創(chuàng) “非洲直采鮮花” 模式，旗下“璽悅鮮花”將肯尼亞玫瑰冷鏈運(yùn)到長(zhǎng)沙；2024年在長(zhǎng)沙五一商圈開(kāi)設(shè)體驗(yàn)店，還創(chuàng)下中國(guó)鮮切花轉(zhuǎn)口貿(mào)易新紀(jì)錄；2025年布局牛油果、咖啡等農(nóng)產(chǎn)品，構(gòu)建供應(yīng)鏈，與肯尼亞7家農(nóng)場(chǎng)合作，月均銷售鮮花10萬(wàn)枝，覆蓋國(guó)內(nèi)14座城市。

In 2023, Xiyue International pioneered the "Direct Procurement of Flowers from Africa" model. Its brand "Xiyue Flowers" transported Kenyan roses to Changsha via cold chain. In 2024, it opened an experience store in the Wuyi Business District of Changsha and also set a new record for the re-export trade of fresh-cut flowers in China. In 2025, it has laid out plans for agricultural products such as avocados and coffee, built a supply chain, and cooperated with 7 farms in Kenya. On average, it sells 100,000 roses per month, covering 14 cities in China.

在湖南自貿(mào)試驗(yàn)區(qū)政策支持下，長(zhǎng)沙海關(guān)為鮮花開(kāi)辟“綠色通道”，30分鐘內(nèi)即可完成清關(guān)，這一高效模式也應(yīng)用到觀賞魚(yú)貿(mào)易。

Supported by the policies of the China (Hunan) Pilot Free Trade Zone, Changsha Customs has opened a "green channel" for fresh flowers, and the customs clearance can be completed within 30 minutes. This efficient model has also been applied to the trade of ornamental fish.
